Custom Requests and Commissions

When you purchase a custom request or commission from RunErrorStudio, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to both full purchases and partial payments (e.g., 50% downpayment):

A. Agreement Upon Purchase
By purchasing a commission or custom request, you acknowledge that the agreement is effective as soon as payment is made, regardless of whether you have reviewed these terms or not. This agreement also applies to partial payments.

B. Refunds
Refunds are only available in the event that RunErrorStudio cancels the commission and agrees to a refund. Refunds will not be issued in any other case, including dissatisfaction or change of mind. In short, no refunds will be provided unless RunErrorStudio cancels the commission and agrees to it.

C. Customer Understanding
By purchasing a custom request or commission, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the work showcased on the website and social media channels, which represents the capabilities of RunErrorStudio. If the final product does not meet expectations based on what was previously shown, no refunds will be provided. Revisions and bug fixes are available free of charge as long as they fall within the original scope of the work. If the commission is canceled by the buyer, RunErrorStudio is not obligated to continue or perform bug fixes/adjustments.

D. Termination and Blacklisting
The buyer agrees that if any of the above terms are violated, their access to RunErrorStudio services may be terminated, and they may be blacklisted from affiliated servers. Legal action may also be taken.

E. Defamation and Negative Posts
The buyer agrees to not defame or spread negative commentary about RunErrorStudio under any circumstances.

F. Acknowledgement of Intent
The buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing with full knowledge and understanding of what they are buying, and that they are fully committed to the transaction.

G. Chargebacks and Disputes
The buyer agrees to not attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction through their bank or any other payment processor. Any such attempt will be considered a violation of these terms and may lead to legal action.

H. Changes to Work Scope
After the price has been agreed upon, the buyer may not add additional work or requests without paying an additional fee. Any changes or extra features that fall outside of the original work scope will be subject to a new charge. Revisions and bug fixes within the original scope are free of charge.

I. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer agrees to review and fully understand these terms before completing a purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and accept the conditions, and any claims of ignorance will not be accepted.

J. Applicability of Terms to All Purchases
These terms apply to all forms of purchases, including those made through platforms like Payhip or other payment systems under the name of RunErrorStudio or the artist's personal name.

Store Packs and Pre-Made Items + Other Purchases

These terms apply to all purchases made through RunErrorStudio for store packs, pre-made items, and any other products or services:

A. Agreement Upon Purchase
The buyer agrees that the transaction is final as soon as the product is purchased and received. This applies regardless of whether the buyer has reviewed these terms beforehand.

B. Reselling, Redistribution, and Sharing
The buyer agrees that they will not resell, leak, share, or distribute the purchased items, unless they have purchased full rights from RunErrorStudio.

C. Intended Use
The buyer agrees to use the purchased products only for their intended purpose, such as using maps for games or models for projects, and not for reselling or trading purposes.

D. Chargebacks and Disputes
The buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through their payment processor (e.g., bank) in relation to any purchase. Violating this term will lead to termination of services and may result in legal action.

E. Violations of Terms
If any of these conditions are violated, the buyer may be terminated and blacklisted from affiliated servers and services provided by RunErrorStudio.

F. Product Pricing and Resale
Buyers acknowledge that products sold by RunErrorStudio are sold at competitive prices, and that they are purchasing with full knowledge of what they are receiving.

G. Acknowledgement of Intent
By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges they are fully aware of and accept what they are buying, and they are purchasing the product with full intent.

H. No Misrepresentation
The buyer acknowledges that the products are as advertised and are provided according to the descriptions given on the website or other official platforms. There will be no misrepresentation of the product.

I. Product Use and Distribution
The buyer agrees that they will not resell, redistribute, or share any purchased item unless explicitly allowed by RunErrorStudio in the contract or agreement.

J. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all terms and conditions before making a purchase. Claims of not understanding or not seeing the terms will not be accepted.

K. Applicability of Terms to All Purchases
These terms apply to all purchases made through RunErrorStudio platforms, including Shopify or any other third-party site under the name RunErrorStudio.
